Easter Eggshell Decor

Broken eggshells can be equally creative Easter decorations. Spare the whole eggs and make use of the used eggshells to create simple, homespun Easter table decorations this year.

Try to break the eggs in such a manner so that three-fourths, or at least a half, of the shell is intact. Rinse and clean the eggshell completely and let dry making sure to handle it gently all the time. Now, dye or decorate them as you like.

Easter Centerpiece Idea - Flowers and Grass in Colored eggshells

One of our favorite ways to use them is to create miniature vases from them. Make a creative centrepiece for your Easter table by growing grass in the dyed eggshells and arranging them in an egg carton along with some others carrying spring blossoms.

You can also create single flower pots and place them in pretty egg cups and stands to use either as accent pieces around your home.
