Chili and Rice Wraps – Kids’ Lunch Box Idea
Ingredients:
1 can (15 Oz.) Hormel Chili w beans 1/2 cup water 1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked 6 flour tortillas cheddar cheese, shredded
Makes 6 wraps
Directions:
1. Bring chili and water to a boil in medium saucepan.
2. Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
3. Spoon 1/3 cup chili mixture onto each tortilla.
4. Top with shredded cheese, chopped tomato, and sliced green onions, if desired.
5. Fold up sides to enclose filling. Secure with toothpicks.
