Apple Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 recipe Tapioca Apples 1 1/2 cups flour  2 tsp. baking soda  1/2 tsp. cinnamon  1/4 tsp. salt  1/4 cup applesauce  1/2 cup soy milk  1/2 cup apple juice

Serves: 6

Method:

1. Pour tapioca apples into a 9″ square pan.  2. Mix all other ingredients and spread over tapioca apples. 3. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 4. Serve hot.
