Easter Egg Sandwiches, Appetizers for Easter

Ingredients:

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional) 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 tsp salt dash of pepper

Method:

Mix all ingredients and spread on bread.

Makes 6 sandwiches. Cut into smaller versions for finger sandwiches.
