Why not take all three books from the trilogy on holiday, you will love every minute.

Black Buck by Mateo Askaripour

Imagine your big break coming while you are making a coffee for the people of New York. Darren manages to impress an owner of a soon to be successful company and is offered a job. What happens next is comedy gold, as we learn what it means to work in corporate America. It is a satire about working in America.

The Charmed Wife by Olga Grushin

This is a retelling of a well-known fairy tale. The idea behind the book is clever, as it asks you to consider what it means to experience a happy ending. It is Cinderella but in a way that doesn’t turn out quite as planned.

So, this is a typical Western novel – in that it is set in the sprawling country you would expect. However, it is a story set in our times and is about the life of Ada and her journey to becoming an outlaw and the most amazon heroine.
