Even better, smoothies are rather filling, so as a light lunch or a snack, they can help you control your cravings and lose weight!  Make sure you’re keeping hydrated. Your body relies heavily on water and if you’re not getting enough of it, your skin is the first part of your body to suffer. This can lead to dry, lifeless skin and premature wrinkles. If something happens and you are unable to care for your own health, decide who will take charge of those decisions for you. Talk to them about what kinds of things you want done. It’s hard to think about things like this, but it is sensible to plan for this kind of eventuality, whether young or old.
