Blueberry Corn Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups flour 1 cup cornmeal 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 11/2 tsp Baling Powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1/3 cup honey 11/2 cups milk

Method: In a bowl put your flour and BS and BP and salt. In another bowl put your cornmeal egg milk and honey (let sit for 3 minutes) Now add the wet to the dry and mix gently Add 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries Put into 12 muffin tins Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Wonderful!
