					<description><![CDATA[I went shopping off the list provided and on 6/1/13, I was 194.2 and today I am 189.4 (4.8 lbs lost), but I am also taking the Green tea extract and exercising so I don&#039;t know if the Green Tea Extract is a factor,but I know that just eating a few select foods has helped.  Will check back with you next week to give an update on my progress.]]></description>
