It is important each individual person gets the right insurance for their needs, so they can deal with unexpected situations. The everyday person will insure the contents of their home, their car, perhaps their phone or business, if they have one. What they aren’t likely to insure are their feet, voice or chest hair.

However, when it comes to celebrities their body is part of their livelihoods and sometimes a particular part of that body is imperative to their career. Perhaps a footballer’s legs, a pianist’s hands, or if you are Jennifer Lopez, your bum, just because it has become ‘your thing.’

If anything were to happen to this particular part of your body it could result inbeing out of work and therefore losing a huge amount of money. So, of course, these body parts don’t only need to be insured, they need to be insured for huge sums of money.

Daniel Craig

For: $9.5 million

James Bond, aka Daniel Craig, reportedly insured his whole body for millions whilst filming the Quantum of Solace. 007 gets himself into many dangerous situations and as Craig was doing many of his own stuntsduring his second Bond film, he had his body insured.

Hopefully he took this insurance out again for the new Bond film, Spectre, as he reportedly sprained his knee whilst shooting a fight scene earlier this year.
