 ABOUT LOUISE LARABIE
Our Gardening and Flower Arranging Expert Louise
Larabie is a wonderful person to know and get inspired
from. Her zest and zeal for life and for learning new
things is undying. Here's Louise for you - in her own
words!
"I have been interested in flowers all my life
and mentioned to my son I would like to pass on the
joy of gardening to others and that some kids did not
like to read the little manual we had for them (I was
chair of the junior part of our Pakenham Horticultural
Society at the time) He and his wife (Ray and Rina
Larabie) surprised me with a Xmas present years ago.
We worked all three of us for over 9 months to make
this site available. I love to share knowledge
and help others.
My other love is dogs and discovered the joy of
feeding my dogs raw and there was no company selling
raw prepared meals for dogs and cats in our area.
So I started a little business doing just that.
I am now taking a course to become a Heilkunst
homeopathic doctor and start my clinical next year.
(to help animals and people) If anyone had
asked me at 55 what my plans were in the next few
years it would not have been going back to school.
But not only have I improved my health I feel younger
and healthier than I did at 26 {dogs too.}
I am also taking a course to be a Dynamic nutritionist
(in conjunctions with my classes) some training in
Germanic New Medicine (though for help in diagnosis,
but not sure that I will pursue to be a practioner in
that field, there is only so many extra courses)
I am also taking the advanced course for Heilkunst.
I am having a great time buying books, software
programs and learning." |
