Halloween Haunted House Decoration Ideas
For the Front Yard
 * How about a big black cauldron that oozes scary faux smoke? You
can find these almost anywhere during Halloween season, for around
$50 to $150 dollars. You can also find the ones that are more
simple in design and instead of emitting fog, they use a fan to
blow paper that looks like fire.
* No haunted front yard is complete without some tombstones! You
can buy these already made, or easily make them yourself. There are
several materials that you can use, including styrofoam and wood.
Simply cut them into the shape you desire, paint gray, and add the
inscription with black paint or marker. You can find stone-look
spray paint that will give a more realistic look.
Or you can skip the DIY part and grab some inflatable tombstones
that will be easier to deflate and store for next year.
* Try using an inexpensive fog machine craftily concealed behind
some of your decorations to create a spooky foggy look. And while
you're at it, try stringing up Halloween themed lights on your
porch. Ghost or pumpkin lights are always a good choice!
