IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Please save these on your computer and refer to them throughout the Card Exchange.

Note: It has come to our notice that many participants are not sending out their cards. From this year, we will keep track of all participants and those who default in sending their cards, will not be allowed to participate in this exchange henceforth.

1. This is a Greeting Card Exchange, not a Business Card Exchange.
2. On or before 10th November, 2005, you will receive the list of names and addresses of the your Card Exchange Partners. You can choose to exchange cards with as many partners as you wish to, keeping in mind your ability, time and budget.
3. You will be required to send out 'Christmas' or 'Holiday' Greeting Cards to your Card-Exchange Partners. If you are delayed due to some reason, please notify your card-exchange partners through their email addresses.
4. After sending out your cards, email me at lata@dotcomwomen.com telling me the date when you sent out your cards, so that I can keep a track of them.
5. You will receive cards from all those to whom you will send cards. If you do not receive the cards, you can email me and I will let you know if your partner has sent out her cards or not. If, however, the cards are lost in transit, I will not be able to assist further.

1. This is a friendly Gift Exchange between members of Dot Com Women.
2. On or before 10th November, 2005, you will receive the list of names and addresses of the your Gift Exchange Partners. You can choose to exchange gifts with as many partners as you wish to, keeping in mind your ability, time and budget.
3. You will be required to send out 'Christmas' gifts to your Gift-Exchange Partners. If you are delayed due to some reason, please notify your gift-exchange partners through their email addresses.
4. After sending out your gifts, email me at lata@dotcomwomen.com telling me the date when you sent out your gifts, so that I can keep a track of them.
5. You will receive gifts from all those to whom you will send gifts. If you do not receive the gifts, you can email me and I will let you know if your partner has sent out her gifts or not. If, however, the cards are lost in transit, I will not be able to assist further. To avoid this unpleasant information, I request you all to add some kind of postal insurance to your parcels.
6. International Shipping Costs may raise the costs. Please enquire well before choosing the number of Gift Exchange partners.
7. As per general discussion on the forums, it has been decided that a price value of $20-$25 be maintained for all gifts to maintain equality. Another $5 less or more can be allowed.
