Smoked Ham with Cranberry Chutney, Easter Main Dish Recipes

Although ham is still quite a traditional Easter dinner, the cranberry in this recipe places a new spin on it that is a far cry from the same old honey or maple glazed ham. And the bonus is it’s super easy to make! For this recipe you will need:

• One smoked ham, about four to six pounds, • 16 ounces of cranberry sauce either canned or prepared. Be sure that it includes the whole berry intact, • One can of crushed pineapple, with juices drained, • One bottle of horseradish

Method:

1.) Begin by placing the ham into a roasting pan. Leave uncovered and place in a 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for one to one and a half hours.

2.) Meanwhile, mix the cranberry sauce, pineapple, and horseradish in a bowl. Place it covered in the fridge until ready to serve.

3.) When ham is completely cooked, remove from oven and cut into thin slices. Serve with chilled chutney.
