PLUM JAM
Ingredients:
1 kg plum
300-350 ml water
1 kg sugar
Method:
1. Wash plums, cut and remove the seeds.
2. Cook with water on a low flame till the peel is
soft and mashed.
3. Add sugar and continue to cook till done.
4. Pour into a clean, wide-mouthed bottle.
5. Cool, close the cap, wax and store in a cool
place.
