PINEAPPLE JAM
Ingredients:
1 kg pineapple
750 gm sugar
1 tsp. citric acid
2-1/2 cups water
Method:
1. Peel and grate the pineapple.
2. Add water and cook on a low flame till tender.
3. Add sugar and citric acid. Cook until done.
4. Fill the hot jam in sterilized bottles. Seal and
cork them tightly, when cool.
