ORANGE MARMALADE
Ingredients:
500 gm Orange
100 gm Guava
1/2 tsp. citric acid
peel of 1/2 orange
1 kg sugar
Method:
1. Peel orange and wash guavas. Cut them into fine
slices.
2. Add sufficient water to dip the fruits.
3. Add citric acid and boil the fruits.
4. Pass through a fine sieve.
5. Add sugar and orange peel to pulp and boil till
done.
6. Pour into a clean bottle.
7. Cool, covered with clean cloth and store in a
cool place.
