Cocktail Party
Gin-based Cocktails
Caribbean Sunset
1 measure gin
1 measure creme de banane
1 measure blue curacao
1 measure fresh cream
1 measure fresh lemon juice
1 dash grenadine
Shake together equal measures of gin, creme de
banane, blue curacao, cream and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pour
into a glass and splash with a little grenadine.
Martini Cocktail
1/2 - 3 ounces dry vermouth
2 ounces dry gin
Shake well with ice and strain into martini glass.
Add olives.
Gin Fizz (Tall drink)
Gin 45 ml
Lemon juice 15 ml
Sugar 1 tsp
Soda to fill
Shake together in a high ball glass and garnish
with a slice of lime and cherry.
White Lady
Gin 45 ml
Cointreau 15 ml
Lemon juice 15 ml
Egg white a dash
Serve in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with
a slice of lime.
