Cocktail Party
Brandy-based Cocktails
Sidecar
2-3 ice cubes
1 measure brandy
1/2 measure Cointreau
1/2 measure lemon juice
twist of lemon peel to decorate
Crack the ice cubes and put into a cocktail shaker
or screw-topped jar. Add the Brandy, Cointreau and lemon ice and
shake lightly to mix. Strain into a cocktail glass and decorate
with lemon peel.
Ross Royal
1 measure brandy
1 measure creme de banane
1 measure Royal Mint Chocolate Liqueur
Shake together equal measures of the brandy and two
liqueurs.
Apple Brandy Cooler
2 ounces brandy
1 ounce light rum
3 ounces apple juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 teaspoon dark Jamaican Rum
Shake well with ice. Strain into tall 1-ounce
glass. Float dark rum on surface and add a slice of lime.
