Matterhorn Creme Brulée Recipe

Serve a sensational party time dessert!

The holiday season is the perfect time of year to reconnect with friends and family. Festive desserts should be of the kind that guests never forget – and the best ones call for chocolate! There’s no better way to brighten short days and long nights than with a rich and comforting dessert – and they can be enjoyed all winter long!

Ingredients:

1 cup whipping cream 2 pkg. (100 g each) white, milk or dark Toblerone Chocolate Bar 1/2 of a 250 g pkg. softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese 5 egg yolks 1/4 cup sugar

Prep Time: 4 steps, 20 minutes

Bake Time: 50 minutes

Directions:

1. MICROWAVE whipping cream in large microwaveable bowl on medium heat for 3 to 4 min. Add -chocolate and cream cheese. Stir with wire whisk until cream cheese and chocolate are melted and mixture is well blended.

2. WHISK in egg yolks; pour into four (1/2-cup) ramekins. Place in shallow baking dish filled halfway with water.

3. BAKE at 300°F (150°C) for 45 to 50 min. or until just set in centres. Cool completely, refrigerate overnight.

4. SPRINKLE each ramekin with about 1 tbsp. sugar just before serving. Broil until sugar melts.

Makes 4 servings. This is an indulgent recipe. Save it for special occasions and be mindful of the suggested serving size.
