Fresh Peaches Poached in Orange Juice
Enjoy fresh summer peaches without altering their original taste
by cooking or baking. Orange juice adds tanginess to this light
summer dessert.

Ingredients:
3 Medium-sized Ripe Peaches
2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
1/2 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon crushed cinnamon
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Whipped Cream to serve
Makes: 1 Serving or 2 Small Servings
Directions:
1. Slice peaches with skin on. You will get 6 to 8 slices from
each fruit.
2. Spread butter on a non-stick frying pan and add peach slices
coating them evenly.
3. Add orange juice and cook on high flame.
4. Add sugar and continue stirring carefully.
5. Cook till all the juice starts to thicken and coat the peach
slices. Take care that the peaches don't change color.
6. Add cinnamon and remove from flame.
7. Serve with whipped cream. Can be served warm or at room
temperature.
