Patriotic Ice Cream Cake Dessert
A patriotic twist on the
summer favorite - Ice Cream Cakes. Easy, Yummy and Cool!

Ingredients:
- Cake - cut into circles - 1/2 inch height, diameter of your
cupcake case base
- Vanilla Ice cream
- Red, White and Blue star shaped cake sprinkles (we have used
Wilton's)
- USA Flag Cupcake Picks
- Sturdy Cupcake cases - disposable, plastic or any material
except paper (paper will get soggy and lose shape when ice cream
is filled in)
Directions:
1. Cut cake slices into circles that will fit the base of your
cupcake cases and fit them in.
2. Soften vanilla ice cream and fill the remaining space in
the cupcake cases with soft ice cream.
3. Sprinkle the red, white and blue star decorations and
immediately freeze to set the softened ice cream again.
4. Insert flag picks and serve when required.
