Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 can of artichoke hearts
1/2 cup more or less mayonnaise, you can cut or substitute with
non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, the sprinkle kind is fine
a clove or two of garlic, be careful here
Directions:
Mix and smash all of this together, put in an
appropriate sized crock or small serving bowl. If you have one of
those miniature crock pots, this is a chance to use it. You may
serve this as smashed but the flavors marry better if you heat it
in oven/ microwave/ toaster oven/crock pot until it's kind of
bubbly. Serve with wheat thins or your favorite crackers.
