Creamy Chicken and Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Frozen Vegetable/Pasta blend
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
½ Cup Water
Directions
Cook the chicken, until lightly browned and cut
into cubes. Add the frozen vegetable pasta blend, Cream of Chicken
Soup and water to the skillet. Cover and let simmer until done.
Cook some frozen or canned biscuits to go along
with the meal.
*Since you are already cooking the chicken for this
meal you may want to add another pound of chicken after you have
cubed the chicken put about half in a storage container and put it
in the fridge to make dinner on Thursday even easier.
