Potato Swede Clapshot
Ingredients:
750g potatoes peeled and roughly chopped
750g Swedes peeled and roughly chopped
salt and pepper
25g butter
Method:
Place the vegetables in a large saucepan. Add water
to come halfway up the vegetables.
Add some salt.
Cover and bring to the boil.
Drain and put into the simmering oven cook until the vegetables are
soft enough to mash.
Remove from the oven and drain well. Mash with butter.
Serve hot.
