American Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients:
225g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
25g cocoa powder
100g light muscovado sugar
100g chocolate drops
1 egg
175ml milk
75ml sunflower oil
Method:
You will need a 12 hole muffin tin lined with 12 paper muffin
cases.
Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and beat well.
Distribute evenly among the paper cases.
Bake on the grid shelf on the floor of the roasting oven with
the cold plain shelf on the second set of runners for about 15 to
20 minutes until well risen and cooked through.
If you are a real chocoholic you con double up on the chocolate
drops. Use plain milk or white chocolate drops.
