Dutch Choco Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup shortening
one cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup club soda
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. baking powder

Method:

Mix in shortening. Add sugar, beat.
Sift the flour in. Then beat the egg.
Add the melted chocolate and butter milk. Beat.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Put on large pasty paper.
