CHILI PIE
Ingredients:
1 piecrust for a 2 crust pie
2 cans chili or make your own
1/4 c chopped onion
2 c shredded cheese
Method:
Dump canned chili (or make your own, but don\'t
have too much liquid in it) into pie crust. Add 1/4 c. chopped
onion. (Jalapenos and spices to your taste if desired) Add 1/3/4 c.
shredded cheese. Reserve 1/4 cup. Top with remaining pie crust. Cut
vents in pie crust. Bake at 375 until pie crust is nicely browned.
Remove from oven and cool slightly. Top piecrust top with remaining
shredded cheese.
