3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tablespoons onion soup mix few shakes of black pepper 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Fry chicken breasts in a little butter or margarine (about 3 minutes each side). Place in covered baking dish. Pour remaining ingredients (except green onions) over and stir. Bake at 350 with lid on for one hour. Remove lid and bake for one more hour. Ten minutes before dish is done, sprinkle green onions over top. Can be served with mashed potatoes or rice.
