Pumpkin Squares
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Method:
Combine sugar and butter, add eggs on at a time beating well
after each addition. Add pumpkin and dry ingredients. Pour into a
jelly roll pan and bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
