it has become a very popular tool in both professional and home
exercise studios.
The exercise ball will help to improve your balance, flexibility
and strength and tone your abdominal muscles. This device is one

increasing stability. It is also useful for strengthening neck
and back muscles.
This fitness tool is durable, inexpensive and can definitely be
stored anywhere once fully deflated. They come in a variety of
styles and sizes and can be used by almost anyone no matter
their size, height or age. Common sizes are 22” to 30”. Many are
sold as a package and include DVD's, inflation pumps and
resistance bands. Most are also packaged with exercise tips and
suggested routines.
It's important to purchase the correct size ball when
implementing this tool into your fitness routine. To determine
which size is for you simply sit on the ball and place your feet
