Quite an exclusive sushi haunt, Mitsuya is one of those places where you need to make reservations in plenty of time. Their sushi is, of course, freshly prepared by true masters. Make sure you try the grilled fish soup, and go crazy with their freshly grated wasabi! Mitsuya can get pack, especially during non-work hours, so make sure you call in to check if they have some free space.

Whether you want to critique their sushi art, or you’re just a foodie who enjoys some high-quality sushi, Shinji is definitely a must-visit.
