To make a six-color iris, you will need eight strips of each color. Match the colors to the numbers as follows:

Color A: 1, 7, 13, 19, 25, 31, 37, 43
Color B: 2, 8, 14, 20, 26, 32, 38, 44
Color C: 3, 9, 15, 21, 27, 33, 39, 45
Color D: 4, 10, 16, 22, 28, 34, 40, 46
Color E: 5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 35, 41, 47
Color F: 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48

To make a three-color iris, you will need sixteen strips of each color.
Match the colors to the numbers as follows:

Color A: 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 43, 46
Color B: 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35, 38, 41, 44, 47
Color C: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, 48
