Golden and Red Easter Egg

Sponsored

All gleam and glimmer, this beautiful Easter egg will be the center of attraction of all your Easter decorations.

Golden and Red Easter Egg

What you will need:

Styrofoam Egg
Golden Foil - available with chocolate wrapping supplies
Red Sequins
Red satin ribbon
Glue
Needle and Red Thread

Directions:

1. Start by wrapping the foil around the egg and completely covering it. A dash of glue is enough to close the seams of the foil.

2. Glue bright red sequins all over.

3. Thread the needle with red thread and do a running stitch along one edge of the satin ribbon. Pull the thread to gather the ribbon and stitch or glue both the ends closed. This will form a circle of gathered ribbon on which your lovely golden egg will be perched.

4. From the same ribbon, make ribbon roses and glue at the top.
