Blood-Stained Halloween Party Invitation

Invite friends over a scary evening with this blood-stained party invitation. And you can make these in no time at all.

Blood-Stained Halloween Party Invitation

A Clear Stamper Halloween party invitation stamp has been used to stamp the invitation on cream colored cardstock. And then comes the fun part. Cover your work area with newspapers. Dip a paint brush in red poster paint and spatter a few drops across the card stock. Let dry completely.

On to the envelope. Randonly paint about 1-2 inches from paint using red poster color using downward strokes.

Dip your paint brush again in the same poster paint and load it fully. Now unload your brush by gently hitting a spot on the topmost edge of the envelope. The paint will flow out of the loaded brush and start dripping from the top edge to the bottom. Make several such ‘drips’ along the top edge. All these drips will stop at different points. To ensure that most of them do not flow till the end, lay your envelope flat to dry out.

The invitation and the envelope take only a few minutes to complete but they will need several hours to dry out completely.
